Service Description

Equipment Recommended : - Mat -Dumbbells -Resistance Band (Gym members have the option to use gym equipment) (SEE BELOW) Workouts will be : -Virtually via zoom -Coaching group via zoom on proper form & technique during sessions -45 min sessions (5 -10 min warm up)(35min-40min training session) -3 Classes on Mon, Wed, & Thurs -Access to Group Chat on Start Date (Any additional info pertaining to a class will be sent via the chat 1 hour prior to the start of the class. (Ex. The equipment the gym members can use for that workout so they have time to prepare) -Meal Guide/Nutrition Guide via chat Schedule : Mondays - Legs Wednesday - Glutes Thursday - Upper Body
